The Inframax team live and work in their own communities. We are stakeholders of rural ecosystems and are all connected, we ensure that we add value and prioritise our people which has a direct flow on effect into our communities. We all do what we say we’re going to do, and we hold each other to account if we do not.
As a Force for Good, Inframax’s approach to incorporating sustainable business practices is proven in the way we operate; we refer to Tikanga Maori Values – Manaakitanga, the process of showing respect, generosity and care for others; Kaitiakitanga, guardianship, stewardship, trusteeship and Kotahitanga, unity, togetherness, solidarity, collective action.
